MEP Grant

The Maine Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) has made $500 grants available to Maine manufacturers or processors with less than 500 full time employees.  This grant may only be applied to the cost of the 2004 Trade Mission to Germany and Italy.  Up to ten grants will be awarded  to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

GTI Grant

Manufacturers and service providers may apply for a grant through the Governor’s Training Initiative (GTI) of up to $500 per trainee per company.  This grant requires that applicants attend three educational seminars prior to the trade mission.  GTI funds are are available to qualified companies on a reimbursement basis following payment for the trade mission.
