your company with a greater understanding of the fundamentals of the
international sales process including quoting overseas, terms of sale,
how to get paid, costing out shipments and what to include in the
invoicing process. Learn how
to accurately fill out a Commercial Invoice, freshen up on INCOTERMS and
international payment terms and find out how to consistently profit from
an international business transaction. This program has
been developed as an introductory course for new exporters but is a
helpful review for those in sales, marketing, customer service, finance
or operations who may be unfamiliar with the international sales
