The Canada Desk was founded in 1998 by the Maine International
Trade Center with the substantial support and input of one
of our founding members, Bangor Savings Bank.
Since that time, the Canada Desk has provided technical assistance
to over 100 businesses statewide. This assistance has
included information on Canadian taxation, business immigration,
shipping and logistics, and political/linguistic issues.
