Food &
Beverage Export Seminar: Cuban Opportunities and Marketing Funds June
5, 2003, presented by the Maine International Trade Center. Recent
changes affecting the U.S.-Cuba trade relationship have opened this
growing market to U.S. food and beverage exporters. This seminar will
identify opportunities, procedures and difficulties in exporting to
Cuba. There will also be a review of the marketing monies available to
food exporters through Food Export USA's "Branded" program.
This seminar, the eighth in the Citizen's Bank International Trade
Education Series, will be held on June 5, 2003 from 10:00am-12:00pm at
Shipyard Brewing Company in Portland. Cost is $30.00 for members
and $60.00 for non-members of the Maine International Trade Center and

Through this period, exports increased $177 billion, and Chinese imports
