Communications Manager
Cheryl Rau rejoined the staff of Maine International Trade Center in 2011 as the Communications Manager.
In addition to her previous employment at MITC (2003-2005), Cheryl has more than twenty years of professional experience in marketing & communications, training, event planning, and project management. She has enjoyed working in a variety of environments including Federal government contractor, manufacturing, IT training center, dot com start up, and nonprofit organizations.
Cheryl has a degree in Journalism & Communications from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. A documentary/fine art photographer, she is a graduate of Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, ME. Originally from Pennsylvania, Cheryl lived in the Washington, DC area for 15 years before relocating to Maine in 1997.
