Refund, Privacy and Delivery Policies
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be made at least three business days in advance, or participants will still be charged for the course. Substitutions are encouraged. If you cannot send a substitute and the required notice is given you will have the option to receive a full refund or credit towards another seminar of your choice. Payments made for cancelled registrations can be applied to future program offerings.

MITC reserves the right to cancel a seminar or substitute presenters at any time. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and have the option for a full refund or credit.
Delivery and timing
Program registrants will receive confirmation of registration within 2-3 days of the scheduled program.
Privacy policy
The Maine International Trade Center takes great care with all personal information collected on the website, www.mitc.com. We will never share or sell individual personal financial information with anyone without your permission. The information we collect is used solely by our employees for the purpose of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in our log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, and to administer the site.
