Trade missions

Each year MITC organizes a large trade mission, often with the governor, as well as smaller missions.

The Trade Missions provide one-on-one meetings with potential foreign trade partners and unique networking opportunities. Trade missions are particularly useful for first time exporters or companies that have had difficulty expanding into a particular country or market.

We have led trade missions to Europe, Latin America, and Asia. The Trade Center arranges most details of the mission including transportation, translators and business meetings.

Trade shows

In addition to the trade missions, MITC coordinates participation at several industry-specific international trade shows. These shows provide an excellent opportunity to meet potential customers and gain valuable market insight.

We also host international conferences and incoming delegations from overseas. Trade Center members enjoy opportunities to network with foreign buyers, commercial representatives and visiting dignitaries.
