The 2009 Maine Renewable Energy Mission to Europe traveled to the cities of Madrid and Zaragoza, Spain and Bremen and Bremerhaven, Germany
in September 2009.
Maine companies involved in the wind power industry chain, from transportation to engineering to construction participated, with over 100 business matchmaking meetings set up by the U.S. Commercial Service.
The delegation also visited the Wind Power Expo in Zaragoza, Spain.
