Conference Room Reservation

MITC members can use our conference rooms free of charge, on a space available basis, during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

We ask that you leave the room as you found it, returning chairs and tables to original positions and removing any extra meeting materials and leftover refreshments.

A conference room is not reserved until you receive a response to your request.
