Vince Kott, Hornet Watersports
Vince Kott is the President of Hornet Watersports. Founded in 2014, Hornet Watersports is a manufacturer and seller of carbon fiber aquatic sporting paddles, including dragon boat, kayak, and SUP paddles. Based in Biddeford at the Pepperell Mill Campus, the company has an extensive line of sporting accessories such as gloves, bags, seat pads, floating sunglasses, and more. Hornet products are sold in over 20 countries through a dealer network and e-commerce stores in Europe and Australia. Vince has launched other brands such as Vapor Fitness and is currently in the process of launching two new brands in the e-commerce space.

Brendon Reay, HarborHouse Partners
Brendon Reay is co-founder of HarborHouse Partners E-Commerce, based in Blue Hill, ME. His career has encompassed both academia and industry. Most recently, he served as business strategist and development principal for several NYC-based hedge funds. Previously, Brendon worked as an investment consultant at Cambridge Associates in its Boston HQ. He has raised more than $500M of investment capital, sourced from a combination of both retail and institutional channels. Brendon is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard Reserve and worked as a professional deep-sea fishing guide in Alaska. He is a graduate of Reed College and received his PhD from Stanford.
