Join MITC for the ultimate gathering for all players with an interest in Quebec’s shipbuilding supply chain. The event attracts experts from all sectors of the industry, as well as major prime contractors, with more than 750 participants, 65 exhibitors, and special presentations.
MITC is coordinating a shared booth to feature Maine’s innovative and diverse marine, transportation, and defense companies.
Event Schedule
Sunday, November 30: booth set up followed by VIP reception at 6:00 PM
Monday, December 1: conference and trade show from 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Registration
Participation Fee: $2,900
Fee is for one representative per company. Additional participants can register for a fee of $300 each.
Fee does NOT include: Airfare, hotel, meals, transportation, or shipping costs for booth materials & supplies
Discounted hotel accommodations will be available at the Lévis Four Points Sheraton next to the Convention Center. The discount code will be sent to registrants in early September.
SBA-Eligible Maine Companies
With funding from the US Small Business Administration, MITC has funds available to reimburse eligible Maine companies for up to 75% of eligible conference expenses. (Please review the STEP Financial Assistance Award Guidelines for a list eligible and ineligible expenses on page 3.)
