Registrations and Refunds
Registrants will receive an automatic email confirmation within minutes of submitting the online registration forms for Global U trade education programs, events, trade shows, and trade missions.
Cancellations must be made prior to the stated cancellation deadline – or at least 3 business days in advance if no specific cancellation deadline is provided – in order to request a refund of registration fees. Substitutions are encouraged.
If the required notice is given at least 3 business days in advance and you cannot send a substitute, you will have the option to receive a full refund or credit for payments made toward a future event.
MITC reserves the right to cancel a Global U trade education program or substitute presenters at any time. Participants will be notified of such changes as soon as possible and have the option for a full refund or credit.
Maine International Trade Center takes great care with all personal information collected on the website, www.mitc.com. We will never share or sell individual personal financial information with anyone without your permission. The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of contacting you based on your request for information.
As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in our log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, and to administer the site.
