Conference Room Reservation

MITC members can use our conference room free of charge, on a space available basis, during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

WiFi and a presentation flatscreen are available.

We ask that you leave the room as you found it, returning chairs and tables to original positions and removing any extra meeting materials and leftover food and beverages.

A conference room is not reserved until you receive a response to your request.
