Olivia Dooley
Grants Coordinator
Olivia Dooley joined Maine International Trade Center (MITC) in 2024 as a Grants Coordinator.
In her role, Olivia supports the effective administration of MITC’s grant programs, including the State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) grant initiative of the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Maine Domestic Trade Expansion Program (DTEP), funded by the Maine Jobs & Recovery Plan (MJRP) through a contract with the Maine Department of Economic & Community Development (DECD).
Throughout her career, Olivia has worked with public health and food system nonprofits in program management, grant writing and administration, and research. Having recently worked with several Maine nonprofits to bring in millions of dollars of federal funding for the state, she is excited to work with Maine-based companies to help them access financial support funds through MITC to grow sales and create jobs.
Olivia graduated with a B.A. from Wesleyan University and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington Evans School. She currently resides in Brunswick with her family.
