Conference Room Reservations
MITC members can use our conference rooms free of charge, on a space available basis. We ask that you leave the room as you found it, returning chairs and tables to original positions and removing any extra materials and leftover refreshments.
Please include the following information in conference room reservation requests:
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Meeting Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Number of Attendees
- AV Needed (teleconference, videoconference, WiFi, presentation flatscreen, whiteboard)
- Refreshments (describe food and/or beverages and whether catered or bringing yourself)
Send reservation requests to conferenceroom@mitc.com. A conference room is not reserved until you receive a response to your request.
